Can we run 60-second video creatives?

Yes, you can. However, it is not recommended. Even though we set our ads to “skippable”, that doesn’t mean they can be or will be skipped. Most publishers have a declared :15 or :30 spot that requires the creative be the same length. If not, then we can’t even bid on these sites with a :60 second creative. If you must run a :60 creative, please also have the client supply at the very least a :30 spot as well.

Recommendation for Video Length & Why?

Let’s look at this question a different way. Getting the attention of viewers, is vital in the first few seconds of an ad and marketimng campaign. When ads appear on mobile and computers there are so many distractions or the viewer can simply swipe past your message. Can I exclude certain channels on my Streaming TV campaign?

We cannot block by channel. We can block by app/website. For example, if you do not want your ad served on CNN, we would have to block all CNN apps. That means we would have to pull the app IDs for Android, Apple TV, Roku, Amazon Fire, XBox, Samsung, Playstation, etc. This is a labor intensive feat. If a list of the blocked apps and domains, we can apply it to the campaign unless we see that it is affecting the overall reach.

Yes, we have experience creating short videos that are ready for syndication across the web & live streaming devices. However, we do not have experience in every industry, so you staff would work directly with our production team for the final product.

How can we engage our audience?

What happens after the sale?

Once the order is submitted, you will receive an email from the Support portal that will serve as the communication center for the campaign. A campaign manager will reach out through this email to confirm all campaign details, confirmation of campaign activation, as well as any/all other communication tied to the campaign. We have a 3 business day turnaround time to launch campaigns once all assets are received. The product will activate only when the campaign is ready to begin.

We can run in any country. However, do note that there are some countries that have specific restrictions on retargeting/first party data usage (e.g. China, European Union, etc).
